Newbiggin All Whites moved three points clear at the top of Division One in the MB Socca League.

Although a tight affair, Newbiggin's finishing proved to much for Bankhouse as they finished 3-1 winners.

North Seaton Elephant had a chance to stay level with them, but were beaten by the same scoreline by the league's current form team Fox Cover.

New teams wishing to join the league should contact Graham Barnsley on 07891 321 753 or e-mail mcca11@blueyonder.co.uk.

The league are also planning to start a women's six-a-side league. Anyone interested should contact Graham Barnsley.
